Alfanar Information Technology and Yousef Mohammed Al Dossary Group Sign ERP Deployment Agreement

ERP program saves 5% of the general operating costs

Alfanar IT, the technology arm of Alfanar Group, has signed an agreement with Yousef Mohammed Al Dossary and Sons Holding Group to deploy an Enterprise Resource Planning system using Microsoft Dynamics AX technology to unify the group's financial and accounting operations. Characterized by flexibility and the highest levels of transparency and accuracy, the integrated ERP system creates an optimal work environment in terms of production efficiency and competitive advantages for large corporations.

The Saudi Capital Market Authority made it obligatory for joint-stock companies to use ERP programs to ensure accuracy and transparency in the exchange of financial data with traders in the stock market and the highest standards of management and human resources.

"We are very proud of the partnership with Yousef Mohammed Al Dossary and Sons Holding Group for the implementation of the ERP project, which for long years has won the confidence of the giant corporations, shareholding companies, and ISO-winning enterprises," said Alfanar IT General Manager Ayman al-Bayaa. He explained that the ERP is a sophisticated and very accurate accounting system that helps save 5% of the general operating costs. He added: "The program identifies flaws that lead to capital waste, which means higher profits and better financial results. Approximately 90% of the international companies in Europe and America use this system, which has become one of the standards of quality and sound strategic planning."

Al-Bayaa said the large corporations in Saudi Arabia are strongly inclined to use this program, as shown by the survey of the biggest 100 Saudi companies. He said the Saudi Capital Market Authority is aware of the power of EPR programs, which is why it made it obligatory for shareholding companies to use them to maintain transparency in dealing with customers and shareholders. He noted that EPR programs also provide strong legal support for companies and protect them from market fluctuations and potential losses.
