Government Relations

Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF)
Saudation is the Saudi Arabian government vision. The HRDF helps large organizations to develop the local work force through recruitment and training. alfanar HR Management module facilitates HRDF management. It maintains agreement details with the HRDF/labor office, records payment details, plan per job titles and links employees with their HRDF contract.
alfanar HR Management module also calculates an employee’s salary based on the organization and HRDF shares. Payroll statement reports for HRDF, with plan versus actual, can also be created.
Leaves and Settlements
alfanar HR Management module enables an officer to set leave types, leave categories and pay leave categories, in keeping with the organization’s policies and rules. The module stores leave history/applications and then processes them in line with the employee’s superior approval. Examples of leave types:

Attendance and Overtime
Using alfanar HR Management module, with no programming skills needed, the HR department can set multiple working calendars based on the working days and hours in a calendar template. The department can also set the overtime structure over the calendar template.
alfanar HR Management module can integrate with other time attendance solutions, to provide attendance sheets that can be processed by payroll, based on company policy. Reports such as overtime, absence and partial absence records, can be generated automatically. These reports can be verified, amended and approved.
Payroll
alfanar HR Management module enables the HR officer to define package elements such as allowances, commissions, loans, deductions and bonuses (fixed value or based on formula and time structure). Outputs can be linked to items such as attendance sheets and employee violations.
The alfanar HR Management module stores general payroll information such as employee bank details. It produces forms, including pay slips, payroll journals, payroll statement, payroll comparisons, employee loan balances and employee statements.
Traveling and Tickets
alfanar HR Management module stores details of travel agents, carriers, tickets, travel method and assigns tickets to employees in line with their contract.
